Took this photo as part of my “Model Citizens” project, which I may or may not have mentioned here. I don’t get a lot of chances to shoot available light anymore, so I took full advantage for this set. The sun wasn’t too cooperative and I had a real lesson in patience because of it :)

Just hosted Avangeline. She’s an awesome model from Utah. Had a great shoot with her, and will definitely be hosting and shooting with her again the next time she comes to NYC. You can see more of Avangeline here.

A photographer friend gave me the referral for this model. We had a great shoot and I will be working with her for my other specialized project at the end of October. You can see more of Complex Enigma here.

Sorry for the lack of updates lately. I’ve been working on my photo project in my time off and I was not well recently. All better now and will try to be more regular with posting. I bought some new equipment…an additional monolight with stripbox and egg crate to replace the silver reflector I’ve been using. This set was the first set shot with the new setup.
